1. Start With a Gentle Cleanser
Your skincare routine begins with clean skin. Choose a gentle, non stripping cleanser that removes dirt and makeup without drying your face. Avoid harsh soaps. They can disrupt your skin barrier and cause irritation. I always use cleanser give hydration such as La Roche Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser.
2. Don’t Skip Moisturizer
Even oily skin needs hydration. A lightweight, non comedogenic moisturizer keeps your skin balanced and prevents overproduction of oil. In winter, switch to a richer cream to protect against dryness.
3. Use SPF Every Single Day
Sunscreen is not just for summer! UV rays can damage your skin all year round. Apply SPF 30 or higher every morning, even on cloudy days. It is the best anti aging step you can take. I am using waterproof SPF. I suggest Shiseido face and body spf cream.
4. Exfoliate Wisely
Exfoliation removes dead skin cells and boosts radiance. But too much can cause redness or sensitivity. Stick to 1 or 2 times per week and choose gentle exfoliants like lactic acid or enzyme-based products.
5. Sleep, Hydrate, and Eat Well
No product can replace good habits. Beauty truly starts from within. Get 7, 8 hours of sleep, drink enough water, and include fruits, vegetables. Healthy fats in your diet for naturally glowing skin. I have rosacea so i never eat spicy. Some spices can irritate skin.
Skincare doesnt have to be complicated. Be consistent, listen to your skin, and remember that glow comes from balance not perfection.
